HSG-C Software

Provided with the HSG-C is an optional software solution for monitoring your test data. This Microsoft® Access based software enables you to document your test results with a click of the mouse.

The Software offers the following benefits:

Convenient parameter display

Top/bottom sealing temperature
Dwell time
Sealing force

Selection of the sealing bars used for the test

You can select the sealing jaw type from a drop-down list.

Automatic calculation of the sealing pressure

For sealing jaws with a smooth surface, the sealing pressure will be automatically
calculated and displayed from the set sealing force.

Convenient user interface

All data are entered in a single window. It is not necessary to open multiple dialog boxes.

User-friendly

You can quickly enter and manage your sealing data.

Hardware storage capabilities

All HSG-C hardware settings are automatically stored upon save actions. You can
also enter and evaluate the Hot Tack results.

Fast and cost-effective

The whole procedure - from testing to documentation - is only a matter of a few
minutes. This dramatically reduces your documentation effort and payroll costs.
